This company has the most unethical and abusive practices I have ever seen. They sent Carlos to my home 3 weeks ago to repair a leak coming from the rear of the refrigerator. He used a tube from his vehicle supplies and replaced the tube I had. Today (because it is still causing problems) he lies and said he spliced my existing tube and they need to charge us more money to come and fix the problem.
