This office is unprofessionally run to the point that it borders on violating patient rights. All medical patients have the legal right to obtain their medical records in a timely manner. Multiple attempts by phone were made for over a month to get patient records. These records are required for the client to proceed with a personal injury insurance claim, and have caused delays in doing so.
