When we viewed the house we bought from Miller Homes the sitting room window was made of clear glass later as we were about to complete they then told us that they had just learned from the planners it was to be obscured and its opening restricted which makes the whole house claustrophobic as there is only one window and a glass door that you could actually look out of as all the other windows are velux type high up in the ceilings with no views.
