toolazy.net billed my verizon wireless acct monthly for 5 months. I was told by a very helpful customer svc rep from verizon that the way they do it is by getting your cell phone number when you click on ads on facebook/myspace for youflirtalert or toolazy.net, then they text you a request to subscribe and if you respond they automatically bill you.
