I cancelled this account on 08/20/2009- I was again charged $29.95 on my credit card. I referenced a cancellation code when I called again on 10/19/2009, spoke with LOUIE (no last name, of course) and was informed it took 30 day to process this cancellation. I received another cancellation code (10/19/2009). BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and their HIDDEN TACTICS. MY BANK NOW HAS THEIR INFORMATION AND WILL DISPUTE THIS AND ANY FURTHER TRANSACTIONS. read full review »
