First off all of you ordered the same thing? how are all the charges and stories different? first off it works.. second.. its 9.95 shipping and 69.95 for the cartridges.. there is thousands upon thousands of units that go out every day and a sprinkled in few people who leave a complaint from either neglecting to listen to what your ordering or incapable of waiting on hold... my cable company has me on hold for an hour.. so does my cell phone company.. better complain about verizon and time warner... and most importantly back to the first... read full review »
