These people are extortionists! I decided to finally buy an Olympus SLR after wanting one for years. I order from their website and get an order confirmation. A few days go by and I hear nothing from them, a few more and still nothing. I e-mail and again nothing. Finally after a week and a half I call them and am told that it will ship shortly and the guy will send a shipping confirmation to my e-mail. Of course that never arrives. After two and a half weeks I give up hope and cancel my order. Lo and behold my camera shows up two days later!... read full review »
