Received this out of the blue. No return address and the language just oozes false sincerety (maybe my spelling is off). Either way, "The Association" sent this to me telling me how special I am and how I can have it all. They promise me all these things and want to send me this 56 page "manuscript" for free. So why not spring for the return postage as well instead of sending me this non-postage paid envelope and/or a non-toll free fax number.
