An Open Letter To Mr. Fernandez, I am writing this letter of complaint on this website, as I have tried to email AirAsia Previously and had no response. On Sunday 18th October I received an SMS notifying me that my flight QZ7592 KL to Bandung had been rescheduled from 9:50 to 20:30 on the same day.
