They say the lowest unique bidder will win the item that which anyone is bidding on. but instead of letting the user be able to input the unique bid, they say that the system automatically will pick the next unique number and bid it for you. So that means everyone's bid is unique but the only one person who should actually win would be the very first person who bids .01 cents.
