On 20 October I noticed a charge on my phone bill for Bridal Couture from www.ylsonline.com (Your Local Services Online - 1-800-511-0812 Customer Service, Your Local Services Online, LLC.1602 Alton Road, #67 Miami Beach, FL 33139) for $39.95. I had no idea who this was or why I was being charged. I called Qwest and asked about the charge. They told me that they could not help me and that I would have to contact the billing party directly - they were just the "middleman" - the third party biller.
