My leather sofa got a cut which we didn't notice till the next day. just because we said that we ddin't see when and how the actual rip occurred they coined a term called stress tear and said that it wasn't covered. Haven't seen anybody who is cheating in such a leagal way. Never am I going to purchase any plan with them again. I just hope that the company goes bankrupt for all they did to the customers. read full review »
