Stay away from this company. I had a furnace go out and they are not standing behind thier coverage. I will not dispute the amount that they are covering on the equipment, but their lack of coverage on basic labor and installation is horrible. They try to find every reason not to cover every little thing. The only offered to cover $325 worth of labor and intsall on a furnance. I have $1500 in coverage for a replacement that will cost way more than that, and they are only offering $924 total. Bad company. Bad service. read full review »
