Ordered photo equipment on line Oct 3. Oct 6 received order confirmation and notice to call if there are any changes - email also said they could not reach me by phone. Oct 9 received request to call Photoloon to confirm order because my order had different billing and mailing addresses. Called Photoloon. They said they had been trying to reach me - but first email after confirmation was Oct 9. They said no answer on phone - they called home phone, but not cell phone.
