Company representative surveyed air conditioner installation job and made verbal contract (commitment) to send install crew out. When crew did not arrive on time a call was made to Danco. Danco rep Cary Krajeski stated that Danco decided not to install air conditioner because "the owner says we did not sell the unit and will not do the installation".
