I purchased the Microsoft webcam VX-5000 from the closest Office Depot. I attempted to install this "plug and Play" Webcam onto my computer, I followed the instructions and was diverted to a website filled with more instructions, after 12 days i said enough is enough, so i took the unit back to Office depot before 14 days, right when i brought the unit up to the counter i was quickly told that i "could not return the unit because i opened the box."
