West Asset Management has been rude and excessively calling not only my home phone, but my cell. I am unemployed and had to reduce my cell plan just to try to keep the service on as my number is all over applications for potential jobs. They also call as "unknown", and with a child living out of state, I HAVE TO answer, just in case it's my child calling. Turns up it's THEM. I told them specifically NOT to call my cell and that I was unemployed and have no way of paying this bill and that I was having a garage sale... read full review »
