I received an email to call in to confirm my online order made the previous day. When I called, the rep wanted me to pay $150 for starter kit accessories listed, which were listed as "INCLUDED ACCESSORIES" on their website. I double-checked online and call them back reminding them that it is false advertisement. They removed the clause from the web and immediately canceled my order via email. I have done extensive search on the company since and discovered they formerly operate under two other names (both shut down). They are extremely questionable and I will not do business with them. read full review »
