Bruce wasted no time charging my credit card $200 as a deposit when I ordered my bed on September 24, 2009. However, the order was actually received by the bed manufacturer on Sept 29, 2009. It is noted on the receipt my bed would take 4-5 weeks, but the manufacturer told me it would actually take 6 weeks. A pattern of lies! When I called asking Bruce why it would take so long and expressed my complaints. His reaction was that of indifference and detachment.
