On 10/14/09 I went to use my phone to call my dad's doctor and there was no dial tone. I called Cavalier and the lady told me there was a problem outside in the box, someone would be here by 4 pm to fix it. At 5:30 no one had been here so I called back and was told our phone had been disconnected by error and would be turned back on within 3-5 business days.
