I don't have much more to add to all of the complaints here. My husband thought this was legitimate, signed up for the "free" trial which turned into two charges, one from DazzleWhite and one from SmileBrite for somewhere around $40 and $80. They charged us a couple of times. My husband sent the (pathetice) samples back. One company said they didn't get them. One refunded us. We canceled the auto-renew with both.
