I placed an order (for overnight delivery) on 10-9, with an expected date of 10-13. It is now 10-19. I have called four times over the last week, and can not begin to describe the frustration I have felt in dealing with the "customer service" department. Not only are they rude, but I have been told four different things each time I've called. When I voice this concern, I am met with indifference. Nobody cares.
