I ordered product online with the understanding that I would only be charged shipping and handling for the first bottle. I saw that the shipping was debited from my account and then a few days later my account was debited for the total amount of a bottle but I hadn't even received the 1st bottle. I called the 800 number and was told that I would be refunded the charge $89.35 within the week.
