I gor a ASUS laptop from buy.com in July 2009 and i had a probelm with the laptop i contacted the manufacturer within the 3 months of the purchase and i was told the warranty had expired where as the laptop had 12 months warranty. On enquiry the manufacturer told me that the laptop was a year old and was registered in 2008. they told me may be it was a refurbished unit sold by Buy.com . I am now trying to talk to Buy.com reps on phone to get a refund as they had sold a refurbished laptop as new and charged me price for new. read full review »
