After I mistakenly blocked a collect call from a family member at a correctional facility, I tried approximately 4-5 times over 2 weeks to "unblock" with T-Netix customer service. Each representative informed me they removed the block and I would be able to receive calls; to no avail. I contacted the Public Service Commission for my state, who filed my complaint immediately.
