On dec 26 I placed a call tio Acia Berry advising that I would like a free Trai Of the Products. As I returned the product the company has charged me 174.26 as charging me a Membership fee Of 87.13 and the product fee of 87.13. The Kicker is is everytime I contact acia berry customer service line at 866-949-0138 i am forwaded to there outsourced vendor who advises that there escalating my call and I am unable to forward you to the billing the department. As I am extremely frustrated with the customer service deparatment because they are unknowlegdeable and incompetent.
