I signed up with att uverse and 2 months later I can't get them to pay for the damages done to my TV. Something happened when the tech installed the box and left powered off the tv and then powered on a few hours later and tv screen was messed up. Called them and they said NOTHING they did caused that and they were not going to pay. After many hours with customer service, tech's not showing up and no one returning my phone call.
