I was transferred in my job from Wesley Chapel FL to Indianapolis IN and moved with friends until my house sold in FL. I called Brinks to discontinue my service with them and was told I was under a 3 year contract ( which was not explained when purchased ) and that unless Icould show proof that I joined the military or was renting, I could not be released from my contract and threatened to turn me over to collection if I did not pay.
