Stay away from Silver Creek Communities. Their product is so cheap and poorly built. The sales staff are so unprofessional especially a woman named Tammy. I over heard her talking about one of the home owners who is having a lot of issues trying to get warranty items fixed. I was appalled at her rude and unprofessional attitude. I would be embarrassed to think that someone like that was representing my business.
