I sent this one at first - I didn't type confirmation - #'s & letters so I guess it didn't go through... When I originally got the modem (for broadband) I wasn't told what level my computer had to be. I installed it then scrolled down to specifications and it said it must be Macintosh 10.3 or higher, I have a Macintosh OS 10.2 .
