In January 2008, I started working with Bank of America/Countrywide on a home modification. It is now October 2009 and I still have not received any help. This month I did get a phone call stating that I was approved for a home modification from an employee named Rhonda Hudson at Bank of America. I spoke with Rhonda for the next two weeks re: my home modification. She always called me.
