i renewed my antivirus but i thought it didnt go thru because i couldnt download it, so i did it again but with a slightly more expensive version. this time it went thru but i dont know if i got the additional download i bought and i got charged $39.99 for the first download that i couldnt download. i also got charged $49.99 for the second download. i got charged twice for 1 download. this all happened on Oct. 18, 2009 read full review »
