This place was ghastly. There are giant roaches, kids pee in the jacuzzi that is room temp, one out of the two pieces of workout equipment works on a continuous basis and the front desk people NEVER know what the hell is going on! My family and I were in town for a business conference and we were mortified by the lack of attention paid and unpaid to the rooms. I am not one of those blabberers who just want to vent.
