I just recently moved into a residence, last week Nicor came out to turn my gas on. They said everything was approved and ready to go, so the gas was turned on. Three times I asked the gentlemen from Nicor who called me if I needed a lease or copy of my soc. security card and he told me "no everything is ready to go your fine." Three times I asked and three times he told me that was not needed. Now I get a call from Nicor yesterday telling me I have to have a copy of my lease.
