I've been a new customer for 1 month. Over that time, I have, not exaggeration, spoken with them 10 times. I've had the wrong parts installed, installation issues (broken outlets), products added that I did not sign up for, service cancelled, fraud check, unbundled service (I had bought through Verizon's bundled service).Today was the kicker -- over an hour to get things straightened out -- they wrongly blamed Verizon (who has been awesome through this).
