POTTERY BARN: I ordered the Malika Rug to be delivered to my NYC apartment. The cost for delivery is VERY expensive and they give you a LARGE window of time. I had to hire someone to sit at my apartment to wait for the rug to be delivered so I wouldn't have to take time out of work. They delivered the rug and left. Well upon unpackaging the large rug it was realized they sent the WRONG one! This is a huge inconvenience! They need to get their act together.
