I recently purchased a very expensive headboard and bed from this furniture store and paid to have them install it. Within a few days time after the bed was installed, the very heavy headboard came crashing down onto the bed. Luckily no one was sleeping in the bed when this hapenned. I called Italian Interiors and left messages for the owner many times to no avail. The only way I was finally able to get the owner of this store on the phone to address this serious issue with the bed, was to mention that I was calling regarding purchasing more... read full review »
