I initiated a calling card and a temporary cell phone for my daughter traveling in Israel for one month. The phone number they sent me what not the phone number that went to my daughters phone and they did not figure out the problem for a week. Charges were more than expected and the bills was too confusing to understand. They kept billing on the calling card to keep the account open after I asked for it to be closed.
