I bought new watch from Tourneau. Watch was defect as of 1st day wearing it. Watch still defect after 9 month. Many (almost countless) emails and phone calls to Tourneau's service department didn't help. They gave me contacts and left me to deal with all the contractors and sub contractors. No real help from Tourneau apart of forwarding emails and sending reminders. Tourneau never seemed to take ownership of the problem.
