I visited store # 3199 in Elizabeth City, NC on October 16, 2009. I made an order of $25.36 which I pay with two bills of $20.00 ($40.00) and 36 cents. When they gave me all the food I let them know that I'm waiting for my cash back of $15.00. The manager told me that the cashier doesn't remember so they have to count the money. Then she told me that they were short for $25.00 and not over so they gave me the a phone number to call them back today (17OCT09).
