I responded to a website ad (referred to the product as having been recommended by Oprah) and used my credit card to pay $3.95 S&H for a trial offer. I never got the email confirmation and never received the trial. They have charged an additional $87.13 plus $2.44 for foreign exchange charge, two times in the past ten days for a total of $183.09. I called the number and got a foreign customer rep who assured me she would have a credit sent through to my account. In the meantime, I called my bank and put a Stop on my card and asked for an investigation for fraud. read full review »
