I have been being billed by virgin media since August last year even though I told them to disconnect me as I had switched to Sky. They did disconnect my services but continued to charge me for these services monthly. I have just rang again to complain and have been told that there is nothing they can do and I have to pay them?The debt for the bill has also gone to a dect collection agency who are harassing me by ringing me at work!
