I placed an order on 18 Jan 2009 on behalf of my father, I then went on holiday for 2 weeks and had expected that it would have been delivered in my absence. Upon returning it had not arrived. I phoned and was initially told to phone back later as they were not near a computer and so could not check the order. I phoned back later and my details were taken and was told that they would look into it, no futher contact was made.
