Ordered a battery via the internet on the 27/1/2009, after a week sent an email to them asking where was it. Receieved a reply saying awaiting deliveries from China W/c 2 March 2009. On the 9th Feb the battery appeared in the post only to find it had been badly assembled and wont fit the laptopas its damaged. Tried phoning them, only to get a fax machine several times on customer service number, found a number of other numbers all the same. Website has disappeared now and credit card compnay dont want to know. Sent two emails which have not been answered. read full review »
