Norelco does not offer any customer service beyond providing a list of independent repair shops. Those shops, unsupervised by the company, charge whatever they want for the service they feel ilke providing. Replacing the battery in an electric razor costs $35 and takes more than 10 days. If you want to buy an electric razor, avoid Norelco. read full review »
