This is the second time IDCSERVCO tried to scam us on a toner order. Last year, a salesperson called and the receptionist made the mistake of signing the fax that was sent, thereby ordering toner. The price was over $500... we only received ONE toner cartridge...NOT a CASE of cartridges as they stated. Today a girl named Sara called and tried to get us to order another one, this time for $439.
