Basically i ordered 2 pairs of uggs for christmas presents and only one arrived.Having emailed uggbootshop.com on at least ten occasions the ugg boots have still not arrived and all this comapny has to say is that the boots in question have been dispatched.At one point they had the cheek to blame their own courier. I just feel that i am banging my head against a brick wall and feel deeply cheated. read full review »
