We expected a delay over Christmas period, but as we had not received the goods by the end of January, we telephoned the company. After several conversations (it seemed to be on a mobile no) we still have not received the goods, We have now cancelled the order but have not received a refund. The email address is not valid and the fax no does not receive faxes. Not very happy with this company and the customer services standards are diabolical. read full review »
