On this date we moved our phone service from a single person account to a family plan. My account was closed and my phone moved to my daughter account. My account was closed. the account had a credit balance of $139.20. I asked to have the credit balance transferred to the new account. They refused. said they must hold the money for 40-60 days to review the account to see if I own them the money. They already know I don't own them anything.
