I did a survey on facebook and selected to recieve a "free" ssample of this product. I agrees to pay shipping and handling for the product samples. Imagine my surprise when i see charges of $78.41 for the product. When i contacted the compant they told me there was nothing they coulld do since the "trail period" was over. This was a sample not a trail. They were agumentive and would not connect me to a supervisor ...i was left on hold for over 5 min.
